Flooring Industrial non-slip aluminium checker-plate flooring with sub-floor structural reinforcements. Clean, hose-down drainage point.
Counters & Sinks Two food-grade stainless steel counters (serving side and prep side). Integrated double sink system with manual water pump tap.
Hatch & Entry One heavy-duty lateral serving hatch secured by SABS gas-lifts and internal locking mechanism. Rear security door.
Electrical System Internal DB board with mains isolator & leakage safety circuit breakers. Two double 15A plug points, internal LED tube light. Ready for external generator hookup.
